General

By booking an appointment with Karrina Crystal PMU & Skin Specialist, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system or directly with the clinic.

Please ensure all personal details provided are accurate so we can contact you regarding your appointment if needed.

Deposits

A booking fee (deposit) may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are redeemable against the cost of your treatment

  • Failure to attend or provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit

  • No-shows will result in loss of deposit

  • Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time

  • In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited

Patch Testing (Permanent Makeup)

A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any permanent makeup treatment.

Failure to attend or complete a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit retained.

Suitability for Treatment

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe.

Results & Expectations

Results vary from person to person depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.

  • Permanent makeup may require more than one session to achieve the desired result

  • Top-up sessions may be recommended

  • No guarantee can be made regarding exact results or longevity

Aftercare

Following aftercare instructions is essential to achieve the best results.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and may not be eligible for corrections.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been carried out.

Liability

Karrina Crystal PMU & Skin Specialist will not be held liable for any adverse reactions where contraindications or relevant medical information have not been disclosed.
